STEM & Robotics – I program is for Elementary students. Program requires a Basic Stem & Robotics kit (Lego Parts + Power Motor + Battery Box + Container). Kit is included in program enrollment cost.
STEM & Robotics – II program is for Middle school students. Program requires Basic kit (described above) and Advanced kit (Smart Hub + Bluetooth Motor + Gyro Sensor + Distance Sensor). Basic and Advanced kit is included in program enrollment cost.
Kit purchase as part of enrollment is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once enrolled, students will be provided the kits before the start of the first class.
Students will pick up the kits from school. Pick up location, date and time details will be provided separately.
Kit parts will be validated with the parent/student prior to handing it over to the parent/student.
Students keep the kits with them after the conclusion of the programs.
It is the responsibility of the student to keep the kit and parts together and bring them to all the classes.
Teachers will provide the list of kit parts necessary for upcoming classes to help the student organize and prepare for the classes.
There are no returns/refunds on the kits once the student is given possession of the kits.
Any replacement parts must be purchased separately. Young Engineers team will support as needed.
STEM & Robotics – II program requires a tablet. It is advised that students bring their own tablet on which Robotics app will be installed (instructions will be provided). If you prefer to lease a tablet, please contact Young Engineers team. There is additional cost associated with leasing a tablet from us.
Remote classes will be conducted using video conferencing applications in accordance with school guidelines.
